Online coaching services are designed to give you all the benefits of personal training, including custom workout programs, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking all without the need to visit me in person. Whether you're looking to build strength, lose fat, improve your endurance, or simply get healthier, PGee Fitness will help you every step of the way with constant support and accountability.
SO WHAT’S INVOLVED?
INITIAL CONSULTATION & GOAL SETTING
Assessment: I will with an in-depth consultation, this can be done via video call, email or a detailed questionnaire, to understand your fitness level, goals, lifestyle, and any limitations (e.g., injuries, health conditions).
Goal Setting: Based on the assessment, we will work together to set realistic, measurable goals (e.g., fat loss, muscle gain, improved endurance).
CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT PLAN
Personalised Programs: I will create a workout plan tailored to your fitness level, equipment availability (home or gym), and goals. The plan can range from strength training to cardio, mobility, and flexibility exercises.
Adjustable Routines: As you progress, I will adjusts your program to ensure continued growth, variety, and challenge.
NUTRITION GUIDANCE
Achieving your fitness goals often requires more than just working out. I can provide guidance on nutrition, helping you understand how to fuel your body properly to meet your goals, whether it's muscle gain, fat loss, or improved performance.
Ongoing Support: Tracking can be done using apps such as MyFitnessPal that syncs up with your PGF profile allowing us both to monitor your food log to make sure things are staying on track with your nutrition.
REGULAR CHECK-INS AND PROGRESS TRACKING
Weekly Check-ins: You will be asked submit progress updates (e.g., photos, weight, measurements, workout performance), so that I can review them to adjust the program as needed.
Performance Tracking: Progress is tracked through PGF app, ensuring you are moving towards your goal.
Feedback: I will provide feedback on form, performance, and adherence, either through video reviews or messages.
COMMUNICATION AND SUPPORT
Ongoing Access: Contact is made via the PGF app. This allows for quick questions, motivation, or form correction.
Video Calls: Some programs may include periodic video calls for more in-depth check-ins or to troubleshoot any issues.
Motivation and Accountability: I will help you stay accountable throughout, offering encouragement and reminders to maintain consistency.
RESOURCES AND TOOLS
Workout Demonstrations: Unsure about certain exercises? Video tutorials are available with every session that will give you exercise demonstrations to ensure proper form.
FLEXIBILITY AND ADAPTABILITY
Adapt to Schedules: You can do the workouts at your own convenience, whether at home or at the gym. I will adapt to your lifestyle, offering flexibility in training times.
Travel or Equipment Adjustments: Off on holiday or working away? I will happily modify your workouts to fit in with the equipment available.
LIFESTYLE
I’m all about having a healthy lifestyle and a good balance. I’ll encourage you to live your life and not miss out on making those memories with friends and family by locking yourself away at weekends living of chicken, rice and dust. Life is for living and I’m a big believer in living it and having fun.
