SO WHAT’S INVOLVED?

INITIAL CONSULTATION

In your consultation we’ll have a good chat about your fitness history, goals, lifestyle, and any injuries or limitations. We’ll both be realistic in what we can achieve so that I have all the info needed in building a program that’s specific for you.

PERSONALIZED WORKOUT PLAN

Based on the assessment, I’ll create a workout plan that’s customised to your body and goals. Whether you’re looking to build muscle, lose fat, improve endurance, or enhance mobility, every exercise is selected for your specific objectives.

1-2-1 COACHING

During each session, I’ll be there to guide and support you through every exercise. This means correcting form, providing motivation, and making sure you’re performing each movement safely and effectively. You get instant feedback, helping you progress faster and avoid injuries.

PROGRESS TRACKING & ADJUSTMENTS

Your progress is continually monitored throughout your training. We’ll track improvements in strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Based on how you’re progressing, I’ll make adjustments to your plan to keep challenging you and ensure consistent improvement.

TAILORED INTENSITY & PACE

One-to-one personal training is flexible to your pace. I’ll push you when needed but also ensure you’re working within your limits. The intensity and type of workouts are adapted based on your daily energy levels, ensuring the training stays effective and enjoyable.

NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE

Achieving your fitness goals often requires more than just working out. I can provide guidance on nutrition, helping you understand how to fuel your body properly to meet your goals, whether it's muscle gain, fat loss, or improved performance. 
Ongoing Support: Tracking can be done using apps such as MyFitnessPal that syncs up with your PGF profile allowing us both to monitor your food log to make sure things are staying on track with your nutrition.

ACCOUNTABILITY & MOTIVATION

One-to-one personal training gives you the accountability that many people need to stay on track. Regular sessions mean you’re less likely to skip workouts, and I’ll be there to keep you motivated and consistent with weekly check-ins, ensuring you stick with your program.

I’ll encourage you to live your life and not miss out on making those memories with friends and family by locking yourself away at weekends living of chicken, rice and dust. Life is for living and I’m a big believer in living it to the max and having fun.

FULL ACCESS TO THE PGF APP

This is your one stop shop were your full program is accessed for you to follow when you’re not with me, whether that be at home or in the gym. From here you can monitor your own progress, track your weight, nutrition and upload those progress pics for you to look back on and see how far you’ve come.
