BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp sessions run a Saturday morning in JRD Fitness, Middlesbrough (8am) and are done in blocks of six. They are a great addition if you've got a goal that you're working towards, if you're looking to getting back into fitness or you're a new starter dipping your toe.

The sessions last around 50 minutes including a warm up, full demo and 40 minutes of high intensity cardio & weight circuit training giving you as close to a full body workout.

WHAT ARE BOOTCAMPS ALL ABOUT?

Full-body workout: It combines cardio, strength training, and endurance exercises, which target multiple muscle groups and improve overall fitness.

High calorie burn: The fast-paced, high-intensity nature of bootcamp workouts helps burn a lot of calories in a short period, making it great for fat loss.

Improves cardiovascular health: The combination of cardio and strength intervals challenges your heart and lungs, improving cardiovascular endurance.

Builds strength and endurance: The variety of exercises, including bodyweight movements, resistance training, and plyometrics, builds muscle strength and boosts endurance over time

Boosts mental toughness: The intensity and group environment push participants to step out of their comfort zone, helping develop mental resilience.

Community and motivation: Bootcamps are often done in groups, fostering a sense of community and accountability, making it easier to stay motivated.
